I AM SOOOO DANG FURIOUS RIGHT NOW!! Let me just say firstly that your Monday night crew (9:50pm+) IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL & VERY VERY VERY DISSAPOINTING!!!!! The manager dissapointed too!! She served me and she kept asking me the same dang questions!! She looked lost as heck too! I don't fricken understand how they got my order wrong! When I was literally the only dang customer in the dang building! They forgot my dang Angry Onion Rings!!!! Also the burgers were horribly dry! Again! The manager who served me highly dissapointed! Don't ever go to Caroline Springs HungryJacks! 0/5 stars!
Customer service was horrible. Training staff members couldn't get the order right due to store manager was bullying the staff.Store manager called us some rude idiots while walking off the door. Went back to ask what was that ,store manager wasn't ready to talk didn't had a pen to write her name or name tag was not displayed. Made a complaint to customer service hot line. Will never go to caroline springs store.
Left two burgers uneaten. Ordered same burger twice. very very poor food quality. Burger full of oil. Gave a feedback to management- replies if it's fresh, it come out like that only. Very VERY POOR customer service......Management was seen yelling at staff members for little things
The worst part is I told them what i feel after just trying the burger. they have a very careless sign on their face and replied- "this is how it is"
