If I could give these place negative star I certainly would, staff members aren’t even trained properly and manager on duty today is very rude and need to learn to respect customers who is paying him to do his job properly. Very arrogant and disrespectful. Laughed at us because we complained about a $3 charge. Managers certainly need to be reviewed if that’s how he treats his customers
After leaving the centre, I thought of passing by the drive through to pick up a few chicken nuggets. I dont often eat at hungry jacks, and saw a huge sign of a new chicken fries special they have been advertising, disappointed at the drive through this wasnt available, nevertheless I ordered chicken nuggets instead and asked for them to be cooked fresh. Immediately at the pickup window a young girl hands over the bag of nuggets. I reminded her that I was happy to wait as I did ask for them to be fresh. She outlined they just came out, so I took her word for it. I also asked for a cup of ice water, the same girl passes over a cup filled with just ice, which I asked if she could add water to it. She walks over to another bench and comes back with a cup of water, all the ice taken out. I just thought seriously, these are not difficult instructions to follow and simply just gave up. Extremely poor service!
absolutely terrible customer service, gave 75%melted frozen coke, when asked, why this is served, Reply from the manager "This is what we serve, want it or get your money back, I mean how rude and arrogant. when asked for his name, said its SAYID and he doesn't care, if he is reported. Good LUCK, You will not see me or my family again to this shop. Good luck to the rest of the patrons.
