Hungry Jack's

Just got home from Hungry Jacks Joondalup ordered 2 x 2 Whopper deal which is 4 Burgers $16 got home to find only 2 burgers I will tell all and never go back again this happened about 11 am

Got our order wrong twice. Laughed when we requested them to change it instead of apologising. Food was cold and staff were rude and unhelpful.

Went 5 minutes ago Saturday night paid $20 for 2 cold burgers and 2 cold large chips

Went there on Sunday. Staff are friendly, fast and efficent. Food was fresh. Sat there for lunch and witnessed the rudest customers. Since when is it alright to scream and swear at suff. Spending $5 - $6 . on a complete meal doesn't give you the right to treat stuff like s**t. As for the messy surroundings outside. Watch the big black shiny birds outside. their called crows. Quite a large colony digging in around the bins looking for their burger and fries,

Recently I had the MOST DISGUSTING experience at Hungry Jacks (Joondalup). The whopper I ordered, turned out to be half eaten !! I was given a half eaten burger! No Joke. DISGUSTING, never going back to Hungry Jacks at Joondalup or anywhere else. Do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.This experience has put me off Hungry Jacks for life
