Hungry Jack's

Staff never get drivee through orders correct, staff are rude, we made a complaint but no one seems to care, no follow up to complaint.
Really really sad considering its a long distance to travel to the next store..lift your game guys its not hard to offer basic customere service!!!

Absolutely disgusting store. Consistently one of the filthiest hungry jack's stores around. Reported to the health dept YET AGAIN. An absolute disgrace. I wouldn't let a dog eat here.

Some of the worst service anywhere. Bad management, no professionalism, not enough training, dirty premises. We actually walked out of Mundaring and drove to Midland as we grew tired of waiting to be served whilst listening to all the drive through orders coming through whilst we were being ignored. This does not appear to be a store problem as many of the reviews around the country are very poor. IT IS A MANAGEMENT PROBLEM. Won't be back again anytime soon

This store beats its own record every time I come here, without fail. The record for incorrect orders, incorrect change, missing items, long wait periods, awfully rude staff, unclean facilities.. The list goes on. The only thing going for them as far as I'm concerned, is that they are the closest store to me- and at 35 minutes away they sometimes end up being the only option when I'm rushing past with hungry kids. They don't even care when you do let them know you're not happy.

Went this saturday first time Nice food good management but front staff members was not good.food was delicious and hot.thanks to back crew staff members.
