all there staffs and management are rude and don't know what there doing one of the staff told me to f@#k off!what kind of customer service is that! there food is never fresh it's like it's been made on a dirty floor. and then served out. I rang up once to complain about my food that I wasn't satisfied with and the management had a go at me. even though I waited over 10 mins for them to apparently make it fresh when I got home it was sloppy and disgusting like it was sitting there for 10 mins. I hate this hungry jacks, the staff and management need to be replaced with people that respect customers and love to work for there company. like seriously they need something done now!

I try not to make it frequent that I go to this one but when I do there's always such a lack of customer service. The food is always cold and tastes like it's been sitting around for hours. Whoever is serving on counter usually there's never a hello or have a nice day. Today in particular, I was served by a staff that had troubles with the customer in front of me and when the customer became irritated the staff asked for help from a fellow employee who yelled and rolled their eyes. They then went to get help from the management who repeatedly told the staff it was all their fault and that they has no idea what they were doing. Absolutely ridiculous place. Never going back now.
Att Upper Management !! Again........for the third time in a row with many more in the past I have again received an incorrect order. How do things get repeated to you at time of order, time of paying and when receiving only to get home with it being wrong !!! Sick of getting home only to have to ring up and complain. I understand at times you can be busy. But seriously, to get it wrong every time is a joke?? On par with the other stores at this rate.
