Hunky Dory Fish and Burger Bar

Although I think the original Port Melbourne Hunky Dory is still the best in the franchise this one is very good too. Add to the mix of fantastic salads and brown rice if you prefer to skip the chips and it's a healthy mix. Throw in a beer or glass of wine and you have a perfect mix. It's not cheap but it's a fun place to get quality seafood.

Waited over an hour for a simple order before being told they'd lost it. Couldn't have cared less. Don't bother with this dump

Good fish and chips with friendly staff. Yes, agree with other reviewers it's not particularly cheap, but that's the price you pay for eating at a 'fashionable' fish and chip shop!

Good fish and chips. A little expensive but still very nice.

Overpriced fish and chips and nothing to show for it. The calamari rings didn't taste like real calamaris and had way too much batter. The chips were very mediocre as well as the flake. The only positive thing to come out of this place was the potato cake which was about 3 slices thick per potato cake. The dim sims tasted like frozen supermarket dim sims. I don't know why this place is always so packed, I would definitely not go back nor recommend it.
