Coalfields Removals failed to mention the $125 an hour they charge for travel. It wasn't until the truck was fully loaded with our furniture before they mentioned it.
Coalfields Removal were our removals of choice because they offered no minimum free. They also advised us that they were going to charge us an hour and a half each way to travel from there office to our house.
Google maps advised it would take 40 minutes to drive from site to our house.
Under duress the travel time was dropped to one hour each way.
The removal guys were friendly and looked after our belongings.
The owner is rude and failed to provide important information.
On that I would not recommend Coalfields removals to anyone.
in awnser to the above i tell every one at time of booking that if its out of our cessnock where our depo is that it is depo to depo as for not being told till we were loaded you would have had to signe the work sheet it clearly stated on there so there is no way any of that happend as i make shour you are told and we carnt start on your job till u have signed the paper work we dont charge a minam or gst we pay your insurance we pay for fuel but im sorry you feel that way i carnt believe you say you where not told as it on your paper work before we start and any one how has ever used our services will tell u that sorry carnt please every one.
