Rudest ever! Don't even bother phoning them. My partner said they were rude and demanded she phoned back with carpet measurements before they tell her anything. She didn't want to talk to them again so I phoned them. I said I had the measurements they've requested. They said, "I'm sitting at home watching the television, I'm not prepared to do this, goodbye! " and put the phone down. Don't know how they get any business, it sounds like they don't want it and I wouldn't recommend anybody else having the 'pleasure' of talking to this person.
This "potential" customer, I felt was deliberately being vague and misleading and in the end I did tell him I didn't want to work for him. I don't think I was rude to him and most of what is written in his review is fabricated nonsense.

Our tenant had the carpets cleaned when vacating our property they now have orange\/white bleach marks all over them . Our insurance company won\'t pay as it was caused by the cleaning solution by a professional carpet cleaner, the assessor agreed it was caused by Hydratech when shown tax invoice from them. When Hydratech was asked to meet property management at the house they declined saying not interested. We are now out of pocket $2700 to replace the carpets. So would find someone else if you can. :(
I will answer these comments as they have been bought to my attention by a very satisfied customer.
I tried to have these unsubstantiated claims removed but this site allows trolls to write whatever they want, without checking their authenticity.

Sorry but your reply is a little too late. The insurance assessor did confirm whatever you cleaned it with caused the bleach marks in the carpet and would not pay
I did not contact you because the property manager was the one who employed you and they tried to get your help but you declined so we had to replace the carpet you would have had public liability for this but chose not to do anything.
