We specialise in all areas of building maintenance, including licensed trades such as carpenters, plumbing and electrical. i do maintenance prides ourselves on the ease for the client, as we are able to organise all areas of maintenance in one phone call.

We are fully licensed and insured.

We also service a large volume of repeat and new residential clients.

Be wary they seriously overcharge. They sent two men to do a very small job (1-2 hours max) and each one didn't know to expect the other. Then charged me for 7 hours, which included one guy's lunch break. When I complained they said it was because they wanted to ensure it was done that afternoon. Unclipping 6 curtain panels and then clipping up their replacements, two brackets (4 drill holes), putting up a 90cm shelf, cleaning the air con uptake vent and installing a 5 foot curtain track. This isn't complex, dirty, time consuming work. It was just a few tasks in the business that needed doing.
