As we're both creative, artistic types, our whole wedding was very styled & we'd paid attention to every detail. We'd designed the whole day to be reflective of our personal style, and Beth really fitted into our vision of our day. Beth is a young, presentable & modern marriage celebrant who really understood what we wanted from a celebrant - someone who would relate to us and feel like a friend, as well as someone who would deliver a ceremony that wasn't stuffy, regimented or false. She was genuine in the words she chose for our ceremony, and she delivered them with sincerity. She mingled with our guests prior to the ceremony and her youth & vibrancy made our guests and the groomsmen feel at ease.

We were married under the trees in a quiet corner of the garden at Melinda's family home on the Sunshine Coast. We had many guests and wanted a large party to celebrate our marriage, but we wanted to create an intimate, special ceremony that felt very personal. Beth completely understood our vision right from the very first meeting, and was genuinely excited to work with us to achieve exactly what we wanted. As she is a younger marriage celebrant, we felt she really understood what we were after. She wrote a beautiful, personalised ceremony just for us, telling the story of how we met, where we'd been and how we'd grown as a couple. It really gave the ceremony an intimate feel, making each guest feel like they were a part of our story. Our emotions were high as we said our vows and exchanged rings, and many tears were shed by us and our guests.

Our whole ceremony experience was fantastic, and Beth really focused on creating our dream ceremony - a fun, lighthearted and honest ceremony that gave us and our guests a day to remember. We wanted us and our guests to feel comfortable and feel like ourselves during the ceremony - we certainly didn't want it to be ordered, formal or strict, and Beth offered us a civil ceremony that tailored to our needs. She travelled from the Sunshine Coast to Byron Bay to marry us. Beth was a youthful, fresh, professional, personable and passionate celebrant and was genuinely interested in helping us to create our perfect wedding.
