Had similar experience with Whowantstoknow. Careless read of sale contract and no protection from risks, no rates adjustment and wrong name sent to council, late notification to bank to settle, leading to thousands of penalty we had to pay due to late settlement. NEVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. Takes me 2 months to get their reply, which says that they take no responsibility for their mistakes (saying that is human nature). Very quick and precise in charging you money though.
No or late response to emails. When called, they are either in another call or out or in their leave. Message is left and no return call from them. They promised to put online application on certain day and applied it after a month and an incomplete one. I found out about this directly from the government source when enquired regarding the progress of the application. When confronted, they promised to backtrack it and get back to me but its been 3 or more weeks. Its just a complete joke. I never want to deal with them again.
