Icoolm Air Conditioning

Icoolm recently installed a replacement aircon system at our place. From the first visit they were responsive and helpful. They did a great job during the install were both professional and courteous. I would strongly recommend them if you need work done on your aircon.

My first contact with this family owned company was around 17 years ago when I built my home. They installed a large 3 phase Carrier ducted system and well-maintained it over the time frame until recently, (when it began to suffer cardiac arrest and make very rude noises). After an inspection to identify the trouble, (and as usual), one of the principals of the company contacted me and we arranged for a new Daikin system to be installed. The price was not cheap, (but then, nothing worthwhile invariably is). However, I was able, (in direct negotiations based on our long-standing customer relationship over many years), to arrange to pay for it with an impromtu installment plan. No interest, no paperwork, just good faith and a handshake deal with Andrew. The appointment was arranged and a crew turned up, on the time/date arranged. The Icoolm team turned up on time and did a great job. They were very mindful of my property and performed well under Covid compliant conditions. Excellent result.

This is the second split air conditioning system the Icoolm team have done in our home. The first was 9 years ago; its never skipped a beat. This new daiken is at the rear of our house. The team were fantastic from arranging the appointment to installation. Fabulous job! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andrew and the team at Icoolm.
