IGA

I have started buying a can of cold Diet Coke quite regularly from this IGA. During the course of a month however the price had increased from $1.80 to $3.20. Shameful markup. I’ve decided never to shop there again which is sad because it’s my local.

Favourite place to get my groceries done because of the good low price!

The IGA West Pymble has a wide variety of fresh foods but I was very disappointed when I reached the counter and the cashier didn't greet me politely and I had to ask for a bag which they threw across the bench. This occurred on the 14th of April 2014.

First time I have shopped at IGA and the last.

I went to the west Pymble store at 5.10pm on the 3/4/2014 although it was a very small store it didn't bother me, good products and reasonably priced. I finished my shopping and when I reached the register I wasn't greeted by the cashier in anyway. Rang my products up and told me the amount with not a thank you insight, I said " I may have the 20c"and looked in my wallet and found that I didn't so I said "sorry I don't have the 20c" cashier then proceeded to shake head in annoyance and cluck tongue. When cashier handed me the change the cashier didn't thank me or look in my direction as that cashier was talking to a co worker.



I always get better service elsewhere but I thought I'd give the smaller chain a go, never again.

Manners don't cost a thing but unfortunately in this case it cost you my business.
