I would not recommend Deborah's interview coaching at all. I went to her for preparation for a medical specialty interview and found that it was incredibly poor value and useless. I attended interview training with her for one and a half hours costing $300 and in the entire time she lectured me on the most basic interview techniques which are readily available on the internet, and I managed to practice one question in that time. The feedback she gave me was also useless and she is not in any way qualified to train medical doctors for specialty interview training. The people that she claims to have "got on" to training programs are those who have worked for many years and by their own merit are selected to these training programs. I think it is very unethical for these companies to capitalise on young doctor's hopes and dreams and to charge them excessive amounts in the hope that they will be able to help you get onto your program.
