2 weeks ago I went to the showroom and spoke to lovely salesperson and informed him that I would require a consultant to come and see me as soon as possible to go through my plans and come up with some ideas to furnish a new house which would have been a huge job with close to 60 window/sliders. They booked me in and the salesperson confirmed the booking with another sales person and set the date while at no time did they mention a $300 odd fee. Few days later someone called me to try and move the appointment up and I said ok and booked it in. On the day of the appointment (3hrs before) another salesperson calls and tells me of the fee and says the consultant will see us at the showroom still at a fee. At no time did anyone mention a fee or tell me we were too far. I am now scrambling to find someone else to do the job as it was an urgent case as were building bulkheads at the house to accommodate the blinds and curtains. Not happy at all.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced...waited two weeks for appointment for a rep to come out and quote for a blind in my sunroom only to be told on the day after I called to see why they were late. That they cancelled the appointment because they would not come all the way out to my house (1/2hr away from show room) to quote one blind...this would of been nice to know 2 weeks ago and told in person. Rather than telling me you left a message which was clearly no message was received and waste my time, shame on you such poor form!
Their curtains are lovely and well made. Their installers are some of the nicest people you will ever meet and are excellent at their job which makes the final product very beautiful. The only issue is the rather forgetful and prone-to-mistakes staff in the Castle Hill store. If they improve it would be 5/5 for sure. Having said that, the owner is very efficient and quickly sorts out all the problems we had.
Consultant was 2hrs late for appointment ( no phone call, no advice) Excuse was busy with another customer. Despite prior advice did not bring required sample and promised to drop off a offcut. Never did! Never rang back when we chased a quote. Look elsewhere as the worst customer service experience to date
The worst customer service I ever encountered. The sales staff was so rude and almost yelling to us when we just asking for quotes. I can't understand why people wants to treat others with such attitude. I will never go to such place to get humiliated.
