A huge thank you to Simon, Trish and Brian for their help with our auction campaign. When they say they will get your cleaning back on track they are not joking! I am embarrassed at the amount of dirt and grime they had to move on it's way at the first appointment, but my kitchen and bathroom were left gleaming then and every week thereafter :) They were always on time and happy to discuss what did/didn't need doing at each visit. We were very pleased with the service and no fuss approach - highly recommended.
They seemed to know what they were talking about but they tried to charge three time as much for their first visit and when they thought they might not get the business they would not even give me a written quote as promised and there was no reply from them after I asked couple more question which I felt was extremely unprofessional and rude! I was not going to beg a cleaner to come clean my house was I!!
