Terrible customer service. Security alarm is not working and we have made several attempts to contact Infrared security in that last month or so. We have left numerous voice message, sent multiple text message to get any type of response. Have finally spoken with them but were too busy to talk to us so said they would call back later that day and never did. Really... really disappointing we have a security system that doesn't work and the company that installed it, infrared security, have no interest in helping us.
