I would definatelty NOT recomend this business. I have had the worst experience dealing with this place. I went into the shop and chose some blinds that were displayed, ordered these blinds and of course the wrong ones were installed!!! Instead of the owner apologising and accepting that a mistake had been made on their part and then rectifying the problem she tried to get me to keep the blinds and modify them!!! This was not acceptable to me at all considering they were not what I had ordered in the first place. She would not remake my blinds with the original choice that I had made so I then had to go to an alternate place, order new blinds and wait without getting refunded until the blinds were removed which in a bedroom was not convenient!!! This business offers the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!! Stay away and shop around because there are plenty of other better shops in my opinion!!!

Do not buy shutters from Kresta blinds. I have been waiting since last July for mine. I had to pay half up front then when the first lot arrived I paid the remaining amount only to find they were far too big for the openning. Because we live in the country my husband was going to fit them. He has pretty well built our house so fitting them was not the problem they were just too too big. More were ordered and they were expected to arrive mid Nov. not here yet now nearly mid Jan. And I have heard absolutely nothing from them even after calling them and emailing their "we value your feedback page". This is no way to do business.
