What kind of company messages you 10pm at night to let you know they will be doing the assembly by 1:30pm and no one showed up! I have cancelled my work for this very unprofessional business and no one showed up at 1:30pm! What kind of business is this? This is not a 3rd world country that you can be lazy and unprofessional! Do your job as well, COMMUNICATE and be punctual! DISGUSTING!

We were really impressed with Khit from Install2u. His high quality work (including skirting board removal) and how quickly he installed our 2 wardrobes. They look amazing! Would definitely hire them again, especially Khit.

Surprisingly, a great experience! Based on the reviews below, I was a bit bit skeptical about them, however, CNA (guys who did the install), were very professional, clear communication, and showed up very early (even before I was ready). Staff were very efficient, they assembled 3 PAX wardrobes and a glass cabinet in an hour and overall were great to deal with. They were also very polite and asked if they could use the bathroom and showed me what to do with the left over components, even how I wanted the room laid out with the furniture. So I think they might have had a fair bit of feedback that they've listened to and learnt from their experiences, so give them the benefit of the doubt!

These people never showed up TWICE to my house for an appointment. No phone call or apology. The fact that IKEA reommend them speaks volumes about IKEA's level of care to their customers. This company is atrocious and unprofessional. DONT USE THEM IF YOU CAN

Install2U provided the worst service I've ever received in my 40years on this planet!!! DO NOT USE them!!! Booked a guy to build my ikea bed. He didn't use 4 key parts (tension straps to hold the slats in place), and chucked them in the bin without telling me. When I realised they were missing and rang him he denied it, lied about chucking them, refused to come back and fix. After 15mins heated discussion he conceded the parts were in the trash so I had to go through my bin to get them out. I rang Install2U to ask for a refund and call back. Called 4 times over 3 day, no return call, apology or refund. Finally cancelled my credit card to stop these sheisters taking a cent of my money. What a crock.
