If I could give 0 stars I would .. avoid at all costs!!!!!
Never before in my life have I been so disappointed with a company.
Where do I start? I should have known by them making my partner leave a review before I could even order my blinds. I can see why they have so many reviews now. None are actually reviewed on the quality of the blinds / installation / end result / AFTERCARE!!!. It’s all the initial consult, which they managed to look like a pretty decent reputable company. We have been chasing our incorrectly measured blinds (someone come to do a check measure on them too!!!!!) for three months now, over 60 calls easily. They’re not interested obviously as they have my money! I hope everyone out there can see this and avoid them at all costs! They knew the situation too, as I have a newborn and ordered the blinds many months in advance to ensure they’d be ready in time. Still no Blinds, my baby can’t sleep as the sheets we have up are not blocking enough light!
We were very excited to hire IntoBlinds for our new office blinds install. We had 4 representatives from the company visit our offices prior to the install day, after a 4 week wait & nearly $4000 payment, the install guy arrived & said he could not install the blinds as there were desks in the way. We have 5 x 4.5m wooden desks. We would need an army of strongmen to move these desks which are all pre-fitted with cabling & electrics running through them. The install guy would not contemplate standing on these enormous desks to install the blinds & none of the 4 representatives from IntoBlinds who visited our offices prior to the install date mentioned that we would need to move these enormous desks out of the way. I then had to organise another install person (who was able to stand on a desk) to install the blinds which cost us an additional $900. Trying to then get in touch with IntoBlinds customer service after that was not easy. I emailed, rang, left messages, I ...read more
Part of the reason I selected Into Blinds was due to the positive reviews I had read. As a result I was very disappointed with my experience with Into Blinds and in particular their Customer Service.
Following my initial query regarding a discrepancy on the plantation shutters I received, compared to those in their showroom, I was referred onto the Customer Service Manager, Alicia, to discuss the issue. This is where the problem started. Despite numerous phone calls and a couple of emails, Alicia 99% of the time failed to provide any response. Every time I called the office, I was informed that they would make sure Alicia would call me back that day. Instead it generally took 5-6 days to get a response, and often it was delivered with quite an attitude as to why I was questioning the long ...read more
I had a sales person out to give a quote which was not an issue on the price. We were not in a rush to get the job done as we had other things to organised first. This salesman kept hounding us for deposit money. When my partner was away working overseas he called his office and lied to our admin girl that he had the authorisation for deposit payment for the blinds. i've had quotes for our gate to be made and they gave us 3 months and not kept hounding us and harassing my partner at his place of work! I called their office to make notice of this behaviour and no one bothered to call so I guess the care factor is ZERO.
