Possibly the worst experience had with a Telco iPrimus. Was paying for their business plan Internet of over $120 per month to receive 6mbps down and a staggering .75mbps up (the speed of dialup). Totally unusable if your business exists within the cloud.
The customer support is non existent and they expect you to do everything that you've already tried just to get you to repeat the same process every time you contact them, they keep no records or logs it would seem. So I disconnected my service with them to end early December and paid exit fees and they cancelled the phone line today even though the Internet needs to use it for another month.
They also charge me $5 to send me an invoice every month.
At all costs avoid this company!!!
one again iprimus have refused to fix my internet and phone problem after the management of iprimus in Melbourne said it would be taken care of, time after time they fail to do anything ,my problem is serious as I come through the pilots radio and they come through my home phone which will lead to a serious accident ,why iprimus ,why wont you fix the problems after 7 months next week ,I demand answers and problems fixed now .what is going on at iprimus? iprimus is the worst company in the world
Have had nothing but trouble with the phone service which isn't working again. Email is the only contact as no phone. Mobile contact is too expensive as your placed on hold, and emails are on hold for days and no satisfaction.
