Listed below is what was ordered and what was received.
1. Ordered a set of (4) genuine Brother toner cartridges (paid $600 upfront): 8 MONTHS wait & countless pathetic schoolboy excuses. I received a set (4) of no name brand cartridges from eBay valued @ $75.00
2. Ordered a “decent” Wi-Fi mesh system (paid $500) – I received a cheap Kogan/Amazon unit valued @ $175.
3. Engaging IRS Tech to configure our Wi-Fi and connect a printer - I had to engage another person to "fix"the "new configuration Wi-Fi system back to its original configuration due to the complete mis-installation.
He never replied to phone call nor texts.... Very unprofessional

Thanks for the reply, your 2 printer cartridges failed and caused my printer to fail and need repairing as i explained to you. It's took you 4 months to send out the replacements after being reminded a number of times.
You welcome to come and collect the faulty cartridges anytime.

Sold us faulty printer cartridges, promised to replaced them but months have gone past and nothing, he's now blocked our number and not returning our calls or messages.

Thanks for your review Chris - as per our phone discussion your number wasn't blocked and we have sent you three cartridges to replace the one " "faulty" cartridges, look forward to you sending us back the cartridge so we can return it to our supplier. Apologies for the problem.
