iShoes

I bought a pair of men's shoes from ishoes Niddrie a couple of years ago. Some time ago, I noticed the upper leather had been cut on the outside of the left shoe, where it meets the sole. I took these back to see if anything could be done to fix the problem. This is clearly a manufacturing fault. I have not used the shoes often, and was extremely disappointed to see this.
The shopkeeper was initially interested and commenced looking for a replacement, because she must have realised this was a manufacturing fault, but as soon as I told her I got them 2 years ago, she got aggressive and stated it was a wear and tear issue and she was not interested.
I told her I was disappointed in her approach towards customers and I would record this on the internet. 7/7/16
