Housed in a lovely old sandstone building, this warm and welcoming place serves quite genuine Italian pizzas cooked with delicious buffalo mozzarella that is unbelievable creamy and delicious. The service can be a little slow and it's not a cheap spot but you should try it for the pizza.
Absolutely terrible!
My fianc and I went here for lunch this weekend. The management who saw us at the door didn't even greet us or say hello just yelled at their staff "someone get the door". We were seated at a dirty table outside that had the previous visitor's left-over food on the table which the wait staff didn't wipe off.
We waited 35 minutes for two pizzas which weren't even cooked. The dough was raw and soggy in the middle, it was really quite disgusting. They also gave us a cheap imitation of coke which was equally as disgusting.
At the end of the meal we were charged $50 for below standard pizzas, the management did not smile when we paid, they did not ask how our food was, they didn't even say thank you for paying.
I will never visit this place again or recommend to anyone else.
The food is quite good, service is ok and the venue itself is fine. The management seems to be in transition and is trying too hard to be cool. That said, there isn't an outrageous amount of competition for good food/service in the area and when they get it right, other cafs will be taking a deep breath.
