I bought a voucher for six IPL treatments of three 'areas' from Livingsocial. It took a few attempts to even book in. The voucher stated which areas were considered one treatment area vs two treatment area (e.g. lower legs was one area, but full legs was considered two treatment areas). When booking, I double checked I could use the voucher to treat underarms, bikini line and lower legs (three areas) This was confirmed and for my first three sessions, I had these areas treated. On my fourth session, I was called the Monday prior to my Saturday appointment and abruptly told that my beautician was sick and that the owner would be taking my treatment.

I bought a voucher for a relaxing massage for my mums birthday, it took 4 emails & 2 calls to make the booking with a month in advance date. They cancelled the day before and rebooked it for another time without checking. When my mum got there no else was in the salon, the lady advised my mum it would cost extra for her to use oil and cloths were optional, not sure how a relaxing massage goes throw jeans, my mum said the person wasn't qaulified at all & couldn't wait to get her to leave. Very disappointing, don't waste your time or money!
