Waited until 1 hour before they were supposed to arrive and sent a text message saying they were unavailable to quote as they had 3 weeks worth of work. At least they made contact unlike the other company that just didn't show up however when you have scheduled a day off work to be around for quotes it is a complete waste of time.
Sent message @ 8am,the quote was foe 9.30am! Not much use quoting a job that we can not get to for @ least 3 weeks especially when it has been raining for the last 2 weeks and the work was for bobcat work, which needs to be dry ground not wet and slippery. If it was not raining we would have quoted and fitted the job in somehow as once quoted we do not let customers down and that is why we did not quote.
