STAY AWAY from Zia!!
Recently trade in a good quality 2016 Mazda and he sells me a Lemon from the scrap heap at a wholesale yard.
Family members write up dodgy RWC on under an hour.
Second RWC done by proper Subaru dealership, $10k+ in repairs - JUST TO GET IT TO ROADWORTHY.
This guy is a shark who gets his mates to up his ratings review with dodgy reviews.
He's ripped off a strong of people over the years, look up Google reviews.
I am collating a file against him to have him shut down permanently so this doesn't happen to anyone else.
NOT a True Local by any means!
I first bought a work van from J & V Elite Motors in about 2013. After 425,000 km it was done, so I went staright to Zia and said I need a new van. He said I have just the van for you. As soon as I saw it I knew it was for me. 5 years old, 164,000 km VW Transporter, but was like new inside and looked stunning from the outside. On the spot I said I'll take it, and he offered me a good price, so we did the deal. I didn't even test drive it because it looked so good, and I trusted his word that it was a great van. He was right, it is a sensational van and I'm extremely happy with it. Zia introduced me to a company for the finance, and that went without a hitch.
Whenever I need a new car or van, I'll be going staright to J & V Elite Motors.
Started of as a dream, where I had the best car at best deal and best customer service. Untill I bought the car and drove it home. Couple days later transmission failed. Rang them and they said they cant do anything now as "he was on holidays", and i have to ring the insurance that they sold to me. Believe me that insurance covers you for nothing, anyhow they told me that the car has been accidental and has been painted black underneath. Rang the RACV (as the ad said it is RACV tested) who checked the car , and the answer after 25 days was that the inspector didn't drive the car around and gave everything an OK by just looking at it. Lucky i had some links in RACV to get to that info. Also the RACV checks were done 25 days prior to the sale of the car and they only last for a month. Have never felt that let down before, should have read some of the reviews before going to this glorified dealer. Just be aware and buy from someone trustworthy.
Bought a car 6-7 weeks ago. Broke down within a fortnight with major engine issues. When mrs rang he said you test drove it, not our headache anymore. The insurance sold to us was useless too. Got car checked and it was accidental, refurbished and sold withn engine good enough to last 10 days. Better throw away your money than buying from them.
