I am writing this review to let others know of our experience and to not fall in the same trap as I did.....

Jacks team moved us on the 21st of December they were professional organised and although the temperature was in the 40's. They successfully relocated us with no damage to our expensive and heavy goods. Would highly them to anyone wishing to move.

I was moving from Taree, NSW to Broken Hill NSW. They gave me a quote for a move to Baulkham Hills. Calling like 5 removalists, this was the only one that heard me wrongly. I know I have an accent but still. When I received the quote it stated Baulkham hills in a very small writing but all my conversations were about Broken Hill. When I accepted the quote, I clearly wrote the address in Broken Hill and sent it back but no one came back and said this is different from the quote we gave you. Of course their quote was $2000 cheaper than anyone else. I discovered the problem after they picked the furniture when they sent me a payment receipt. Of course when I called them they needed more money to deliver to Broken Hill. They nearly matched the lowest quote I got and delivered on time. Dining table 4 legs were scratched. Lounge had a few stains. Fridge was dented and Washing machine was broken and luckily was covered under warranty.

Hi Mark, We moved from Sydney to Minimbah on the 6th of June 2016. It wasn't an easy job for your team as we had pieces of furniture to pick up from 3 different places. Your team was amazing: professional, caring, very efficient, kind. You proposed to do the removeling on 2 days : pick up and delivery, for the same price, so that it wouldn't be so stressfull and to much of a rush for everyone. Not only that, but you proposed to book a motel for us to stay in Forster so that we could be at our new place the next morning, nice and fresh, when the trucks arrived with our things. You and Your team were just fantastic all the way through, from the first contact on the phone to the end of the process and I would highly recomand you to anybody that is looking for removelists. Hi Mark,

Thanks for moving our house contents from Canberra to Sydney. Andrew, Scott, two boys in Canberra and good old Dale have assisted us in all possible way. I have also given 6 packs of Carlton MIDs for the boys for their hard work (moved 40 cubic meters!).

Excellent service and we would need your help again once (since you guys moving us from 2005, Jacks removals) we move from Penrith to a Ropes Crossing in mid-Sep. I will get in touch with you closer to that time.
