Classes are designed for the season, climate & health of each participant. Julie draws on her experience as an Oki-Do Yoga Instructor appropriate Yoga practice for the time of year & so encourages self-healing.
Yoga practices include Yoga postures, corrective exercise, breath awareness, partner work, self shiatsu, chanting & meditation.
