After sales service is one of the best around once we can get through to the department. Emails are usually bounced or received unfinished by them. Electronic communications are tedious and took a long time. Damages done on delivery was not reported straight away or not followed up since a form stating the damages was already filled on delivery, we had to call and the reply took quite a while. Rectifications were done a few months later. The company they have chosen is superb.

More detailed attention is needed on bigger furnitures in assembly since there were unfinished parts and it took a few times for them to come back and finish it. Again, they are pleasant, professional and careful - second to none.
