Jardin Tan

A cute little cafe in the middle of the botanic gardens, an easy option if you're visiting the gardens or memorial as it's just up the hill. They have quite a broad assortment of french-vietnamese dishes, most moderately priced. We tried the vietnamese pancakes and the tasting platter, both of which were excellent and fairly quick to arrive. Fascinating vietnamese flavours! A really nice and low-stress option for lunch.

This place is beautifully placed in the Royal Botanical Gardens. The ambience of the restaurant was great with a very nice interior design.
Customer service was friendly. There are three outdoor areas, and one large indoor area with a variety of seating. The food was plated very presentably, however the food was a bit bland and lacked a flavour. The coffee was good thought. Would come back here on a nice day.

great take away coffees, was suprised they had bonsoy and all. small range of lunctime light meals such as soup and sandwiches available although we were there b/w 11-11.30 and most were not ready yet. in heart of botancial gardens near the childrens garden
