Just last week I purchased the new jawbone UP24 wristband at JBHI, their prices were competitive and the customer service was helpful when I made the purchase. After setting up the band and made an attempt to use it, realize this product just isnt suitable for me. Having opened the package I wasnt sure if I could return it. Nevertheless I packaged it and bought it back to them explaining the issue I had and without any questions they refunded immediately for me. I have always enjoyed shopping at JBHI, they offer everything and seem to work well with negotiating a better price. The only negative concern I have with this store is the surcharge they place on American Express credit card which is a huge disappointment, for a large department store like theirs they are unable to absorb the charges which I believe is a cost of running business and it extends to happier customer service.
