Yes the new shop is much nicer than the old one, JB staff always amaze me, they are so keen to help and serve without being pushy.. Parking is always a bit of an issue at Garden City but when they finish all the redevelopments it will be great.

Worst experience ever! A place with the rudest, arrogant, most pushiest sales people I have ever been too. I patiently waited 20 minutes before i was served and when I asked them questions they replied shortly in a rudely manner. Felt like they didn't want to be there. When I asked them if they could do a better deal they asked if I was going to purchase any other extras. So I told them a few extra things that I wanted and they gave me a $1 discount when the JB hifi at other branch gave me a $40 dollar discount! When I told them is that the best you could do smartly answered back saying,"I can't give it to you for free..." Honestly never going back here again and avoid at all cost. They aren't worth your time as they clearly don't value their customers. Very disappointed

They have moved into Garden City now. Purchased a camera from them and they bettered the price I could get from another store. Happy with the purchase and service.

JB Hi-Fi is having some good sales on at present. My son is impressed in the pricing of games. Some of the computers and monitors are at good prices too.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC customer service! I would drive across Brisbane for this sort of service if I had to. The best! Just bought my new TV from there & I couldn't be happier with their range & price as well. Without a doubt worthy of 5 stars! Recommend everyone to try them. AMAZING service!!!!
