JB Hi-Fi

On Friday 14th July 2023 I purchased a Apple iMac with Retina 4.5K Display 24-inch 8-core GPU 256GB (Silver) [2021] for $1548.99 so I could use it to write stories, do PowerPoint Presentations and for photo and video editing as well.

I bought over $200 worth of BluRay discs yet the JB HiFi in Nunawading gave me a stack of discs (click and collect) that I was meant to walk out of the store whilst doing a balancing act! Or worse yet, looking like a shoplifter walking out with a stack of discs in my hands... Then when I politely asked for a bag the sales assistant acted surprised and said "that'll be 50 cents". Cannot believe they actually charged me 50 cents after spending so much and picking up a Click and Collect order!!! I can understand if it was just 1 or 2 discs.. I bought 13 BluRays!! Other JB HiFi stores such as Forest Hill, Chadstone and Chirnside Park have never charged me for a bag when I got click and collect. Never buying from this store again. Very disappointed! Tried to write a review on their website and they did not approve it.... Shame on you JB! Better off sticking with Amazon. At least I get better service and it gets delivered to my front door... ahh JB.... you've messed up... AGAIN!

On Saturday 15th February 2020 I purchased a Microsoft Surface Arc Wireless Mouse (Black for $80, which was an terrific bargain.

I visited JBHIFI recently for a new printer. Very friendly staff member helped with my selection a new Canon Pixma.

The price was a little cheaper online elsewhere, but it was worth paying extra for talking to so
some one. I stocked up on extra ink because the printer doesn’t come with much ink.
