I teach anything from gentle, over 50's to advanced poses for those ready to extend their options further.

My yoga journey began 16 years ago while I was looking for relief from chronic back pain (scoliosis) and relief from anxiety and sleeplessness.

What initially came as relief from the back pain, soon took me on a journey of so much more. Stillness in my mind! As a busy mother, and business owner my life was fast paced and a little crazy at best....

My whole life is now transformed, and I sleep a lot better too.
