I suspect the product is good but the delivery is amateur.
1. Over 4 weeks I have paid $900 for 3 fortnightly deliveries, for which at Jenny Craig advice $600 has gone in the bin. One delivery went to the wrong address and so was delivered late and out safety limits. One was organised two weeks early when I has no room in the fordge.
2 Then I received the appointment reminder for the wrong time and to the wrong person.
3 Then today I received food for two weeks but no daily menu for use with add-ons. So how should I use the 60 food items supplied?
Overall this seems a very amateur franchise

I think Jenny Craig program is fabulous I love the meals and I love to go get weighed cause all the girls are so nice and encouraging I've lost 10-4 kG on this program thank you to my consultant Sophie and Julie I just thought you'd like to know that I think there doing a fabulous job
