Jennys Gourmet Bakery

We have become regulars of this bakery. Since they have completed their extension of a spacious dining area, fitted out with comfortable table and chairs, air conditioning, this bakery has become very busy. The bakery has a fantastic range of croissants, pies, rolls etc to chose from in large display cabinets. Their coffee is excellent. Even though busy the service is great. Good call

The blonde haired older lady is incredibly rude and makes terrible coffee. I have also seen her be very rude to the young girls who work there. Rolling her eyes at them shouting when it’s not necessary. Will not be going back.

The alfresco area has been completed, which gives the bakery a lot more room for Diners. We enjoyed some wonderful French pastry’s. This bakery would have to be the best when it comes to French croissants etc in the city. Great service and coffee.

Jenny's Gourmet Bakery on Glen Osmond, Rd Eastwood SA, has a very modern enclosed covered alfresco. Inside is very well designed, with the serving counter and display cabinets, coffee machine along one side. The opposite wall has a long shelf, with stools, making for a comfortable eating area. The bakery is a French style bakery, with a very large range of delicious gourmet baked choices. I enjoyed a fresh baked good size raspberry croissant, best I have tasted for quite some time, complimented by a very well made Veneziano coffee. The service was friendly and engaging. This Cafe Bakery was a real surprise, and not surprising, quite busy. Also included are free news papers and WiFi.

as for the cafe its self - WOW!
great little set up with a spacious out door (undercover seating area) the cakes, and pastries are AMAZEBALLS. they are up there with the best in adelaide.
however the staff seemed a bit slow the two times i've been in now. they are friendly, and seem to be down to earth and chatty - but the service is pretty slow.
