Rhys is awesome! He was able to quickly sort out the installation of a pressure reduction valve to reduce fluctuations in water pressure at our residence, source out high-quality mixers at great prices, and find an incredibly obscure thermal barrier kit for our tub mixer. Everything is sorted! He's our go-to technician from here on! Cheers to Rhys and the team!

Plumber only provided one solution to the problem offered, not what I asked to be quoted on.
Not given prior notice for a $99 fee for his time, matter referred to office of fair trading due to deceptive practices.
NG Plumbing and Electrical cleared the toilet for a call out fee of $120, SJK Collective provided a free quote, Jetset’s pricing is not competitive (no work completed on site)
From the initial service call hospitality, through to the friendly arrival and good old fashioned banter mixed with reasonable recommendations by Jem, can happily say the service from Jetset Plumbing was 10 out 10, five out of five stars, frankly excellent. Never a nice situation needing your main line needing to be unblocked, but Jetset Plumbing handled it over the weekend and supplied detailed recommendations to help fix the issue going forwards. I will be telling those I know to give these tradies a tingle when their pipes need a jingle!
