Very disappointed with the response that I received today from the store manager. I purchased a cricket ball for $20 that deteriorated significant after one session in the nets. I was advised by the manager that this type of ball was not appropriate for practise in nets and so nothing could be done. At the time of purchase, I was not advised that this would not be suitable and on the packaging there is nothing that says that this would not be suitable for net practise. The manager did not even accept any error on their part - it was only $20 so I am not going to waste any more of my time on this. It is the principal of poor store service and I will never shop at Jim Kidd again if I can help it.Lift your game Jim Kidd and do not rely on "buyer beware".
