Jimboomba Smash Repairs

Hands down to date the worst customer service I have ever received. After been told a week before my repair date that my repair had not been approved....it had, my insurance company and I had to submit everything again. A day before my repair date all the paperwork had been submitted and I was told no,won't be able to bring it in tomorrow,they will have to give me a new date.Ok fair enough, things happen, bare in mind through all of this I have had to call and check and arrange everything. I asked the lovely Mary Ann to please call me with a new date as soon as since we have been waiting just shy of 5 months for this repair. Three weeks later I call to enquire "whats going on" ? The open hostiliy and abuse I received when I had the audacity to question the new date being another 4 months in the future. Very rude assessor. Needs more product knowledge to be able to effectively perform his job. Other reviews on google say the same thing. Steve used to run a good shop there, but now, best to avoid.

Very helpful staff and great service. Two vehicles in for repairs following a collision. Excellent results with both repairs and painting. Both vehicles cleaned inside and polished outside. Couldn't be more satisfied with the workmanship and results.

Great workers at this place. I had to check it out for myself. It's good to find real professionals when you need them. Backyard jobs are in the past.

We have had the misfortune to have to go to this business 3 times in the last couple of years. So I can say with some authority that this business is first class...they do an excellent job, are courteous, professional in every way and your car comes home clean inside and out and is ready when they say it will be...you couldn't ask for any more than that.
