Over 18 years as a Building Designer (Draftsperson) has given me a wealth of knowledge in the building industry. In this time I have worked with all of the associated professionals in the industry both on and off site.

An Associate Diploma in Architectural Drafting combined with Thermal Performance Assessor Accreditation and HIA Greensmart Professional qualifications has resulted in my work being thoughtful and sustainable buildings that are practical and easy to live in. I have a Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) and I remain committed to continual professional development in both construction and sustainability which ensures I have current up to date knowledge on all facets relating to the NCC (National Construction Code) and Australian Standards.

Building design should be a response to the climate, the site and the needs of the occupants and for this reason I am passionate about environmental sustainability and energy efficiency.

Together with my qualifications I am a member of the HIA (Housing Industry Association) and the BDAV (Building Designers Association of Victoria).

With the above qualifications and life experiences in the building and construction industry I can offer people my knowledge, understanding and attention to detail, which is reflected in my work.

I inspect propertyâ??s as if they were my own and understand and appreciate such a life changing decision that can be associated with choosing and buying a property.
