Terrible service. Both times, the doctors I saw did everything they could to get me out the door asap. The reception staff are rude and have horrible phone manner (I even got hung up on today because I dared to call and ask if there were any weekend appointments!). The doctors here obviously have no passion about the career they chose.

Extremely bad service from both the doctors and reception staff, I highly recommend that you go elsewhere!

I used to like going to JCMP, but one day I booked an appointment over the phone for 6:20pm on a certain date. I wrote the time and date down at the time of calling. When I showed up, the reception staff told me they are never open that late, and that my appointment was in their system for exactly one week later at a time when they are not open (6:20pm). The reception staff could not explain why I was given an appointment at a time when their practice is not even open nor why I wasn't notified when even their own system indicated the booking error. The reception staff was also disinterested when I expressed my frustration, as I took an early mark from work and drove 1.5 hours to be there for the non-existent appointment. No apology, no attempt to rectify. Very poor service.
