Jolie Brows

Absolutely useless. Can't even manage to make or hold bookings effectively. Walked for 20mins to get there, store was closed (before their stated business hours) for an appointment that I had booked over the phone the day before. Called the mobile number - they had closed early because it was 'quiet'. I suggested perhaps they should call their customers with bookings before they close for the day......turns out they didn't have my booking. She tried to blame 'online', I said no - I called the day beforehand, gave her the exact time of call. She then blamed 'somebody else' because she wasn't there yesterday. I don't know what kind of business you are running, but presumably have an appointment calendar for the business - no matter who is making the appointment. So whomever this 'somebody else' is *cough cough* - it's your fault! Absolutely ridiculous, lazy and pointless. I tried Jolie Brows on a whim on the way home. Now I am a regular visitor and have stopped going to my regular beautician.



Pooja is friendly and professional and I am consistently pleased with the end result of my eyebrow threading.
