I visited Joy of Ink last Wednesday to have my labret piercing re-pierced after 4 years. I was made welcome and completely felt at ease. The piercing itself went quick and very well. I can't remember the name of the gentleman who did this, but thank you kindly.
It was my 45th birthday present, very special to me and I have no regrets going to this shop.
went and got my tattoo done on Saturday be Sean...absolutely brilliant...his attention to detail is amazing! not only was he professional he was so welcoming and talked me through the process as I was a little scared. highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed at all.
Horrible experience. I got my first tattoo ever done here about a year ago now, and had so many problems. Firstly I got overcharged $100, and when I went back in to get refunded I had to have an argument with one of the 'artists', and had them speaking to me very rudely, and also telling me not to try get the money back from the management because they were rude and instead I should just come back and get a discount sometime. I refused and eventually got my money back, secondly the tattoo was nothing like what I asked for, I got some writing and birds done and the font and birds look nothing like what I showed them and asked for, probably because they did free hand and obviously was not good enough to do that, I ended up having to go get it fixed somewhere else. They also were very unprofessional and did not even cover my tattoo up when it was finished. Definitely would not recommend this place.
