As a tenant, these people were nothing but a headache to deal with. So many times our emails went unresponded regarding maintenence issues. We ended up having to contact the Owner ourselves to address these issues. This is neglectful behavior in the management of a property. And the consistent changing of their Property Management staff is unsettling to say the least. Avoid at all costs.

One of the best Property Management Teams that I have ever worked with. In particular Josie Causer & Tricia Barron! These two ladies really know there stuff and I would recommend them to any potential property owners as they woudl be an asset for your property.

We considered using them to manage a property for us but I can't even get them to give me their rates. Would hate to see how hard they would be to contact once they had our money. Going elsewhere and glad I read the reviews.

Managed our house whilst we were overseas. Allowed the property to be wrecked in that time and did not carry out inspections as contracted to the extent that our main bedroom was later discovered to have been used to grow commercial quantities of hydroponic cannabis. Joyce cancelled the contract with us after we complained about their management. It cost us in excess of $10,000 to get the property back on the market and even then a relative had to manage many aspects of the repairs as Joyce didn't want to know. They lodged an insurance claim so badly for us that we were paid out a small amount. We re-sumitted it from overseas and got paid our 3 times as much. This caused us immense stress and significant financial loss and Joyce were unsympathetic after they'd made basic efforts to redress the situation.
