The most expensive, slowest and worst hair cuts.I went with my friend in December for ladies short cut, it took her 2hrs to finish, charged over $80 (day we made appointment we where told it will be 50 something). After washing her hair looked like I did it for her for free. My husband went today for simple man hair cut, 2 months ago he was charged 19 and today $30. Im looking at him now and he has few long patches left. DO NOT GO THERE

I went with my boyfriend to get his hair cut his usual cut which is neat and short on the sides and a touch longer on the top, the hair dresser assured us they understood and went on to do the cut, at the end the hair dresser asked 'is this ok?' And we said a little shorter and neat please, above the ears (as the hair dresser didn't take hardly any length off at all) when we told the hair dresser again what we wanted the hair dresser snapped and turned so rude!! The hair dresser said 'well you should have explained that at the start' umm we did!! Not to mention why ask ' is this ok' if you're not gonna like the answer?! The second attempt of the hair cut was awful!! My boyfriend walked out with his hair looking like it was shaved off!! We complained to head office and they told us when his hair grows back that a management staff would cut it, no apologies or anything, NEVER go there !!!

I have always had bad experience's with hair salons, i stayed away from them for a long time. Recently i decided that i want to dye my hair a dark chocolate brown again, hoping that the next salon i go to will change my view on hair salons. I went to Jts salon in rockingham because it looked very proffesional,i assumed that i would have a great experience there.i asked for a quote on how much it will cost to dye my hair. I have really long thick hair down to my waist, it's healthy and i sit hours a day brushing it out because it gets tangly very easily. The staff quoted me $95 for the colour, i made an appointment to go the next day.When i explained to the staff that day what i wanted done i told them i've had bad experiences with hair salons and that i want the person doing my hair to know how to do colour and be gentle with my hair. Cannot rate the salon. My experience was very uncomfortable. The girl who coloured my hair put it on like she was painting a fence was very rough. She did not wash the colour off properly my scalp itched all the way home and I had to wash my hair again!. There was not any customer relations with this girl she only spoke to me discuss the colour. But I have to say the 2 hrs while I was there the stylists only spoke to the men clients!
