Strongly advise against this company made a booking for a jumping castle and they didn't take my credit card or deposit didn't mention anything about cancellation fees or anything but something came up and had to cancel gave 5 days notice and wanted to charge $20 admin fee for the hard work of an email and a call which I had made to them to book. apparently 5 days isn't enough time to cancel a booking but I'm happy to pay which I have. If I had been told ahead there was a fee I wouldn't of mind.

Our Company is under new management and have never had one problem with our customers at all as all clients have been more them 110% HAPPY with our service and always will be.
Michael the old owner has sold up and Corey is the new owner now and looks after all customers with great deals and free items to clients that hire more then 3 times through out the year. the other mobile number that was there has never been in use since corey has owned the company. new mobile number is 0450263716 that has been running since Corey brought it so please understand that its nothing to do with us with what Michael has done in the past, so please give us a Call anytime and hire a great Jumping Castle or Digital jukebox or even a Fairy Floss, Popcorn or slushee machine on your next party and see for your self

Not a professional company to deal with. Management is very rude, and not very helpful in regards to full fill the requirements from the council. As a first time customer I am very dissapointed and will never reccomend this services. I was canceling the service 3days before and its because they can not give me all the requirements except the public liability insurance policy and the council requires more than that, at the end of the day its their disadvantage. By the way, the way they solve the problem is charged me the bill for something it isnt being delivered. So becarefull people.
