I have visited the center yesterday with my family and it was great. Coffee, food and services was grate. Nice and friendly people. The center is under new management and they are very nice people. Kids had a lots of fun. The place is huge plenty of space for kids running around. It looks a perfect place for birthday party and I am thinking to book in future for my son's birthday party. I recommend the place you gonna love it.
I should have personally go to this place before preparing for my kids birthday party. Which I didn't and the minute I walked in,I was shocked to find out that it's so out of date and dirty. no lighting was on either so you can imaging having a birthday party with the darkest inviroment around.coffee took 40 mins to get to every guest.no spare Cutlery for emergency use.and im not sure if it's all the play centre policy but I got charged for the kids that didn't turn out at the party. the good side is if you want a whole dirty play centre to yourself.you have that coz there's very limited number of kids inside.all I can say is that it's a very unprofessional play centre.for the same amount of price you are better off at any other place for kids birthday parties.
I cannot even put a rating to this place as it was so dirty and my experience was terrible. The staff were very very rude and it was so difficult to get anything from them. We hosted a party for our daughter and should have read the reviews and inspected the place in advance. We had been here before and it wasn't too bad but this was beyond my nightmare party destination. Asking for cups so children can drink the 'unlimited' water was difficult. Food was terrible, place was dirty and shabby. I think it is an OHS disaster waiting to happen. The party room furniture was torn and stuck together was masking tape. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have now realised there are so many other place centres nearby to select from. I should have investigated first!
