Today I received a text message from just cuts ballina saying I was next in line . Great I arrive and two hairdressers both almost finished with clients and one waiting with me . I patiently wait and watch two staff members leave without making eye contact. One hour later I'm still waiting. Still no sign of the missing staff . I finally get my ten minutes of haircuting I have to show the hairdresser bits she has missed . Then it's all finished I then have to ask to see the back of my hair . The hairdresser then finds a mirror. Usually having a haircut is an uplifting experience not today . Why have an app to make appointments send texts to say next in line . Then sit for over an hour waiting for a very mediocre 10 minute haircut. I'm looking for a new local hairdresser
This Just Cuts store has gone down hill since Jan 2015!!! Had great hairdressers leave and "replaced" by not so good ones. Took my 7 year old for a fringe cut & got home and and to re-trim it straight myself. Sometimes you can be told you have a 2 hour wait, while you see two staff doing nothing but sweeping the floor??? If they have "booked-in" another customer and they haven't arrived yet surely they can fit in a fringe trim if the staff is just walking around waiting for a customer. Probably won't be back :(
Ringing at 4.30 for an appointment, I was told that they don't accept appointments. I asked what time they close and was told 5.30. Assuming that meant I could get in, I drove straight there, only to be told that they couldn't fit me in. Mind you, there was one person in a chair and two workers. It was before 4.45. I don't think they really want the business.
