Just Property Management

I am very happy with the team at Just Property Management! Initially I contacted all the agencies in Bunbury and got automated responses, some no response at all..... This company answered my call and created a package for what I required for the full managememt of my properties. First impression, brilliant! Have had my properties with the JPM team for 3 years now and have found their communication and service level exceptional.

Absolutely horrible - DO NOT rent through this company! Inefficient, rude and petty, never return phone calls, impossible to get in contact with and so frustrating to deal with. Every single encounter with them has been frustrating and cannot wait until this lease ends. Issues limited to but not including:
House given in dirty condition, blinds dusty, lawns and gardens full of weeds and dead, property condition report inaccurate included old photos from previous lease.
Frequent inspections - we have had four inspections in the space of ten months into our twelve month lease. At the inspection told to clean bathroom exhaust fan which was dirty at start of lease - very nit picky! Huge list of expected to dos and no niceties in return

I had the unfortunate experience of staying in a property that was rented through just property management. Issues experienced include a garage door that didn't work and hence had to leave the cars in the driveway, electrical issues where u could only run one appliance at a atime or u would need to go out and reset the safety switch (God forbid if u wanted to use the toaster and boil the kettle together in the morning), carpets coming up (those old fashioned carpets with long strips of plastic like material coming loose), Lino lifting, vent loose in the wall, with large spiders in every corner of the house and literally hundreds breeding in the wall space. Worse part was the showers leaked with the walls of both showers water damaged, and loose tiling in the En suite bathroom. The second bathroom shower leaked so much it was flooding the area, running out of the bathroom leaving the carpet sodden and ruined. This house was a death trap for my 14 month ...read more

Theyre really nice to deal..they're good on tenants and lovely to have with..they don't fail us.thumbs up!

avoid, I have been dealing with an agent and a great team for 11 years and recently added another property to my portfolio, they have always been good till now!, we were offered a tenant who we declined last year,.. ,due to a sporadic rental history, they rang my wife( personally endorsed them from their church) so we agreed on their recommendation and offered a tenancy, and after two months they skipped off to Queensland without paying the rent in November 2014. We had to wait to get our property back which blew out to xmas, then they closed for the holidays , we still have no tenant, we are financially struggling and today 28/1/2015 ( after promising to help us out in a phone call on the 18th of December last year) they declined to assist in any way, totally disappointed with just property, explain the rudeness and way you treated us, you should not be in this position and have marred our experience with this well respected business in Bunbury, p s I ...read more
